We participated Kyotango-city business idea competition and then proposed new probiotics foods that made from boar meat or venison.

We visited to ‘‘Kin-Zuka’’, a tombstone for bacteria and fungi at Manshu-in temple, very near our lab. Kin-Zuka is deeply related with Dr. Kin’ichiro SAKAGUCHI, who invented the Sakaguchi flask. We prayed sincerely for the repose of yeast and E. coli we used in our research, and intently invoked the blessing on our good study and job-hunting ! ! !

We had a combined party of the farewell party for KatoKen and the welcome party for Mr. Kawai and Mr. Nakamura at OSHO gyoza-restaurant after the successful completion of the annual conference of JSBBA 2012. We enjoyed tons of gyoza (jiao-zi) and nira-liver (sauteed leek and liver) ! ! !
